Very poor experience due to bad business practice. Was being pressured to sign papers as soon as possible. Was told the deal was "impossible" because I was unavailable to sign with my cosigner before the end of the month. As soon as we were available to do so. Had an excellent service experience at Mercedes Westwood. They have made significant improvements in their service levels and are working hard to deliver exceptional service and experiences.

Beware. Just took my car in for service and after I waited 2 hours and they said everything was fine, I get an email stating that I need new brakes. Two days later I'm driving on the highway and it says my engine is overheating. I pull over and open the hood and there is no coolant and the cover for the coolant is sitting on the side. So I spent money to have them not repair my car and cause more damage.

Kennedy was great to work with. He helped me out and made me feel comfortable through the whole process in getting my car fixed. I will definitely be back and when I am ready to buy a new Mercedes, Kennedy is my guy.

I was completely disappointed with the result of my visit to your service center. I received a test result indicating that my car was in good condition, and all test parameters were passed successfully. I requested an inspection in this case, but it was denied because there were issues. As I found out, the test was not conducted because the control block was not responding to the scanner. And the results were recorded blindly! The director confirmed that the results should have been different, but the test was simply not performed. Unbelievable! I asked a refund

Very disappointing experience from both of my past 2 trips to this dealership after prior years if quality service. Most recently, the dealership had my car fir 2 days with zero communication. After finally getting in touch with me on day3, I was informed the delay was due to a 2 day backup in the service department. The service manager apologized for the delay. The dealership had the car for another week before they fixed my issue (simply fixing the window which wasn’t functioning). I will not be going back to this dealership.

My car sales person George N. Is awesome He has 10 stars !! But the service department is horrible They take forever for everything. What should take 1 to 1 1/2hrs takes 3 1/2 hrs. I would really caution you from working with these folks. When I leased my vehicle in December 2020, Robert Leaver, their finance person, pressured me to buy an $1,100 prepaid maintenance contract that covered maintenance for 20k miles/2 Yrs. I didn't want to purchase the contract but he was so aggressive, he wasn't going to let me leave if I didn't. So, I purchased it. Horrible. Called them to go check a car, got there at 5:30 and they kept me waiting for 15min to tell me they cant show me the car now and to come another day. The guy was very rude and unprofessional.Called the next day, they said they’d call me back and they never did.

This has been my dealership for the past 12 years, no issues until now. They won’t call you back for an update on your car, when you call, it’s always voicemail. This Dealership service has gone down. I had my car serviced over the weekend, and I was very, very displeased with their customer service! I will seek going elsewhere for future services on my vehicle. My time being there from 9:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. for brake repair did not appear to be valuable to them. Cannot trust their CPO multipoint inspection. They sold us CPO car with worn out breaks. We Bought a certified preowned GLS450 (just over 30K miles) from Westwood Mercedes, and within 60 days and less than 500 miles, several check lights popped up on the dashboard. I brought my 2018 E 300 in for warranty service. The reservation was handled perfectly. I was concerned about condensation in my headlight lens. It was determined that Mercedes only considers it a problem if the condensation last longer than 20 minutes after the headlights are turned on. My car was washed and vacuumed before it was returned to me. The service advisors, Barry and Claudia, were very professional and a pleasure to to review my concern.

I went into this dealership with my s550 coupe, i was looking to make a trade in for an AMG GT. Car loaner enabled me to leave car for resolving Noise when applying brakes. Not resolved Paint and protective coating...looks ok. Replace front windshield...Enio informed me the windshield was recalibrated, indicating that it was replaced. It was not. Few calls to service rep.... no reply....no call back Yet...least one hour from first call. Charged $360.ish to resolve noise.... noise still Evident on trip home from dealer. NOTt GOOD, so far.

I’ve found tools left under the hood, food on the engine and take 3-4 weeks to get a loner car despite having purchased 3 cars from them in the last 5 years.

MB Westwood made my service super quick and easy! My service advisor Claudia, was also great and was able to easily accommodate all of my needs and get me a large loaner car, as I had requested. When MB says, “THE BEST OR NOTHING” they’re not kidding. I’ve had my Mercedes for just over a year and anytime I have to go in for service I leave with a smile on my face. The service team is great! Decided to give the service department at Westwood a try after a disappointing experience at a nearby Mercedes dealership and am so glad I did! Upon dropping my car off for a scheduled A service, my service advisor Alex and I were doing a walk around my vehicle and I pointed out a large scratch I caused on my rim and he said that was something they could take care of and now my rim looks brand new! So pleased with the entire experience there and will be going back for all future service.

Bought a CPO C300 a year ago. Within two weeks the COMMAND system died. They fixed it. Just happened again last week making it twice in a year. I complained and wanted a replacement (not an upgrade...just a replacement as I lost confidence in the car).
